Advanced Level 1 

In this course, learners will be exposed to more authentic texts where they may learn to communicate like a native speaker. More contemporary topics about China are included. This program is for learners who have solid language skills and hope to explore Chinese culture with higher language skills.

This short course includes:

  • 15 sessions (120 minutes long each) with one extra revision session 

  • Preview and revise audios and learning resources for each session (about 60-120minutes work in total)

  • Timely feedback and guidance are available 

  • Optional assessments 

  • Online mode for delivery /Face-to-face mode only when requested (extra cost may apply)

  • One-to-one sessions or group sessions (1- 3 people)

  • One -to-one cost $3825/ Group session cost $3060

By the end of the program, learners will be able to:

  • Easily navigate between the cultural differences in most areas

  • Speaking: Engage in the communication with some native-like expressions

  • Listening: Understand the gist of a variety of extended texts even when the speech is delivered in a native-like speed

  • Reading: Read extended and diverse texts (characters) that have strong cultural elements

  • Writing: Write long texts that contain complicated ideas, arguments, and descriptions using mixed simple and complex sentences and some authentic idiomatic expressions
