Beginner Level 2

This program is for learners who have some basic language skills in Chinese and would like to move forward but are still at the beginner level. Building on the foundations of the language, Level 2 shifts the focus from the individual to their daily life and introduces 10 everyday topics.

This short course includes:

10 sessions (90 minutes long each) with one extra revision session
Preview and revise audios and learning resources for each session (about 30-60minutes work in total)
Timely feedback and guidance are available
Optional assessments
Online mode for delivery /Face-to-face mode only when requested (extra cost may apply)
One-to-one sessions or group sessions (1- 3 people)

By the end of the program, learners will be able to:

Develop a stronger cultural awareness and basic learning skills and methods
Speaking: Conduct simple conversations using high-frequency words and phrases and exchange concrete information
Listening: Understand familiar words and expressions in short conversations; manage the main ideas in short texts
Reading: Read longer texts(paragraphs)/conversations that are about exchanging information and giving simple descriptions (pinyin and some characters if not all)
Writing: Use simple sentence structures and familiar words to write short text (pinyin or /and some characters)
